Property and Casualty Surveys of the Southwest, Inc. was formed in 1994 as a regional inspection company, primarily to serve the insurance industry, providing a variety of underwriting services for many insurance carriers and managing general agencies. Incorporated under the laws of the State of Arizona, corporate officers have over fifty years of experience in the insurance industry. Corporate offices are located in Phoenix, Arizona.

Property and Casualty Surveys of the Southwest, Inc. provides inspection and audit coverage in the States of Arizona; Nevada and New Mexico. This selected geographical territory allows us to focus on what we feel our customers want; an accurate report in a timely manner at a fair price.

Property and Casualty Surveys of the Southwest became a founding member in 1997 of National Inspection Services Network (NISN). NISN is comprised of nine other Regional inspection companies to provide service on a National basis, continuing to maintain the value of regional expertise. Electronically connected members share common pricing and forms, single point billing and receipt of order requests.

STAFFING


The PCS field staff consists of over fifty full time and part time representatives. Our staff is fully trained in all aspects of their respective areas of expertise in Personal Lines; Commercial Lines; and Premium Audits. They are located throughout our geographic territory to allow for reduced travel and expense. The Corporate offices employ an administrative staff of 8 full time personnel that support the field representatives.
